Apply for Housing
Apply for North Village Housing
5. Start your Housing Application
Incoming First-Year Students: North Village has a live-on requirement for incoming
first-year students (non-transfer) starting Fall 2026. Housing is guaranteed and required for
students living outside of a 50-mile radius to campus, with limited exceptions. All students
are encouraged and welcome to submit a housing application. Students who are not
guaranteed housing may be placed on a waitlist if demand exceeds available space.
Login to the HornetHousing Portal to complete your
on-campus housing application. Make sure to select
the correct term for your application. Be prepared
to share contact information, emergency contact
information, health insurance information, renter’s
insurance information (if not purchasing) and other
important details. Before submitting your application,
please read all information about your options,
cancellation policies, etc., carefully. If you are under the
age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the License
Agreement before you can submit your application.
All Other Students: All students are encouraged and welcome to submit a housing
application. Space is limited and will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. If
demand exceeds available spaces, students will be placed on a waitlist.
